Nica’s Coffee is a brand developed by Castellón Coffee® in 2011, in effort to promote the high quality coffee tradition of Nicaragua. Nica's Coffee high quality, strictly high grown coffee is produced in a value chain that comes from the farm to your cup. We select only the best coffee producing zones in Nicaragua, harvested by experienced and capable people, providing us with a full-bodied coffee with the perfect acidity and sweetness

OUR FARMSWe have selected the best coffee production lands in Nicaragua for the coffee we choose for Nica's Coffee. These plants grow up to 1,400 meters above sea level, this height gives coffee its exclusive quality and well-balanced taste. Nica's Coffee grows under strict organic agricultural practices and our highly capable workers only pick the ripest beans during harvesting.

MILLINGS PROCESSWhen harvesting finishes, coffee is then transferred to the milling process for washing. The best coffee beans are then carefully selected and go through a process of natural fermentation; after the beans are sun-dried and milled, the husk is removed and graded, choosing only uniform green coffee beans.

ROASTING AND PACKAGINGNica's Coffee offers a variety of roosting levels to please our all of our customers taste: Breakfast Blend, Medium Roast and Dark Roast. The three levels of roosting for Nica's Coffee beans are then enhanced with essences of your favorite flavors: Dark Chocolate, Caramel Vanilla and Tropical Fusion. The roasted and flavored beans are now ready to be packed in any of Nica's Coffee different presentations. We take pride in being the only brand in Central Americo that offers cups produced and pocked in the same facility, ensuring our customers with o high quality and completed process.
